Heeeelp?

So yesterday while I was shopping I started feeling sick and bloated. When I got home my stomach started hurting and I was burping a lot and I was feeling nauseous. The pain lasted for about half an hour then it went away. I had to go to the washroom and I had diahhrea tmi I know. After that I didn't feel as nauseous. It's 3:28 am now and my stomach hurts soooo bad! I tried to take a number 2 but can't and I'm nauseous again.

I've been like this for about a year and a half. These symptoms come and go! Seems like when I eat certain foods it really acts up. I've also noticed blood in my stool twice and only once out of those two times my stomach hurt really bad.
The pain is like a cramping sharp pain throughout my whole tummy area. Sometimes it starts on the sides and goes to the middle. I've had many tests done and doctors say I'm fine.. But I'm not!

I put my symptoms in a symptom checker and ibs and Crohn's disease were at the top of the list...!

Could I have one of these?

Also, I'm super nervous because I have to give a statement to the police but I don't want to. When I'm nervous I forget! How can I not get nervous when I go do that?? I hate talking to people I don't know I get scared!.. But this will be worst cuz they're cops!! Cops are intimidating, they just look you right in the eye without looking away.. That's scary!

It would be awesome if you could help me with both of these situations ^ Thanks.

Unless you're the accused, everyone is nervous talking to the police, so that's just natural.  If you're the accused or face some liability, you need to consult an attorney.  As to the stomach, that could be a host of things.  It could just be poor digestion, eating too fast, eating foods that your digestive system doesn't tolerate -- wheat and dairy are the most common culprits -- , celiac disease, anxiety, just a host of things.  There are a couple of natural things you can try to better regulate the digestive system, such as aloe vera juice and DGL.  You might try reading up on this or go see a naturopath or nutritionist to get to the bottom of it, given your doctors have given you all they can and they're not the best ways to treat stomach problems anyway unless it's really serious, which it probably isn't.
