uncertainty

After joining the anxiety community after i first started having my anxiety attacks i became reassured that i wasnt going to die from something like a brain anuerysm or a brain tumor, but today i went to see my therapist and told her about my symptoms and how some times the muscles in my arms and legs would get really weak when i was having a panic attack, and she told me that she has never heard of numbness or weakness associated with anxiety attacks. im concerned with this because, i only panic when i feel the numbness or weakness, and im scared because no one is taking me seriously. im so scared that something is wrong with me and ill die from it one day because no one really bothered to take my concerns seriously. please tell me that someone understands what im going through and reassure me that im not dying. im 17 years old going through my junior year in high school. i dont have time for this fear to run my life.

I'd also check my magnesium levels, since anxiety, numbness, and muscle weakness can all be a sign of insufficient magnesium.  Are you eating your green veggies (broccoli, collards, kale, etc.)?  So you might try a magnesium citrate supplement and see if it helps.

yes aniexty does cause that look it up and you will see the symptoms and weakness and numbness is one of them, as long as your not falling over and you can feel your hand touch your arm and leg you fine, i went through that and saw a neurologist and had tons of tests and find out it is mind over matter and it can appear for no reason, hope this helps.
