Anxiety DOES cause all those symptoms... but you should get it checked out by your doctor. A fever is never a healthy sign but most of the time it is fine. Of course it doesn't mean you're HIV pos... but keep in mind you can NEVER go by symptoms, you have to be tested. You were tested, and at six weeks it's something like 95 % conclusive, plus ARS symptoms appear 2-4 weeks after exposure... so RELAX! Move on.
Please stop worrying, I empathise, but really, it's clearly heavily affecting you when it's not necessary. I'm 99% positive you don't have it, but your symptoms could either be anxiety attacks or an illness, either way see your GP for a piece of mind, you'll honestly feel so much better.
There are many other reasons for these symptoms, maybe it's time to get a good physical check-up to see what is going on.
Yes I was tested at six weeks and was negitive but started having symptom after that. I have a family who is suffering because I cant function, or go to work or anything else. I just dont see having like almost every symptom to be from anxiety. How can anxiety cause loose stools, fever, sore throat, muscle aches, weight loss, fatigue dry mouth and sweating.
Yes, if you're looking for them. Have you been tested? This is the first step and then accepting the results is next. If your test says you are fine then you must accept this.
Worry and fear feeds our anxiety and it creates a vicious cycle, less worry and fear equals less anxiety. If you have checked out okay but are still obcessed about this, seek help with a therapist to learn hope to not obcess. This kind of fear and worry can consume you, and I'm sure you'd rather be doing other things. Hope this helps and take care!
