VERY GOOD POINT! =) I notice when I am busy the attacks are gone. I just need to remind myself they are panics and nothing more.
you state you are wondering why PA coming around the same time, most of us have issues to deal with as our bodies are seeing DANGER when there really is none, our body preparing us for the Fight or flight.
Now your body is reacting to the time that you aprox. had the last panic attack, so remind yourself, just because I had a PA at 2pm (yesterday) does not mean I will have one today at 2pm, stay away from a clock and T.V. you will be surprised how that time will come and go with no PA. just the same as people who get a PA in a store and never want to go to a store again, because the body has expierenced at PA and associated that with danger! hang in there it will pass! my thoughts are with you!
p.s. I have not had a major PA in 10 months, some close calls, but my last one that was really close to PA was when we went to Vegas for my B-day, I worked out why my body was sensing danger and had a good time the day I was there, before we flew back to San DIego.
Yes, it is because today around 2pm I thought about it and have been fighting the attacks since then. they come and go but I have faith. I felt FINE all day long too just around the same time everyday I get paniced...idk why..I went to the er around 1 or 2pm and ever since having the really bad panic attack they just come in angry waves!
Just remember that we will definitely have our ups and downs when dealing with anxiety. I find it important not to be too hard on yourself when you have a bad day; because we all do. In fact, give yourself credit for confronting this. It takes a lot of courage, dedication, and patience to deal with this in my opinion. Keep us posted!
