Urgent help for a diagnosis please

Long story so please bare with me.
4 months ago I’ve started feeling unwell, tiredness, fatigue, shortness of breath when doing small things like climbing the stairs in the house, dizziness, then 4 weeks ago I started having pain at the back just under my right shoulder, the next day it moved to my chest and part of my neck, waited three days hoping it will go away but it didn’t, went to dr for painkillers thinking it’s probably just an inflammation that will take longer to heal but needed pain relief. They checked my heart straight away but all fine but he was worried about clot so sent me to hospital. At the hospital they did an ecg, chest and neck X-ray, full blood test and a chest and neck ct scan and all came back clear expect for a a slightly elevated platlets 447. Went home and in that duration pain still strong and not subsiding or giving me a break for even a minute. Followed up with my dr following week and he sent me for an abdominal ct scan that came back clear except for an accidental finding of something one of my kidneys which they will do a targeted ct next week. I have lost 13kgs in the last 4 months which was not intentional, and lost complete appetite in the last two weeks to the point I struggled to eat anything all day so currently living on liquids as I find it easier to force it down. I have been getting night sweats and migraines and honestly getting to a point of not managing looking after myself with the lack of energy and the constant pain. I still have no answers and I’m not getting any better and no one got any answers for me. I got a head MRI booked next week and a breast scan the following week as I got three lumps in my left breast. Any suggestions of what else I can do should be highly appreciated.
