Autoimmune with psoriasis comes and goes

I've been seeing a dermatologist for psoriasis. She said it's caused by an autoimmune disorder
as no family history of having psoriasis. I use clobetasol when it flares up which works well but I've
been having no issues for about 8 months or so now. What are the chances that it will come back?

Thanks in advance.
