IgE is high and it could be associated with allergies, but the test is used a screening test, not necessarily diagnostic on its own.
The low IgG, indicates a IgG deficiency, however it has little clinical significance.
The doctor may order further IgG subclass testing
But in the absence of symptoms and infections, I don't know what s'he will do, since I have no details in what s/he would be looking for.
The high Absolute Eosinophis again in the absence of symptoms, further investigation may be suggested, to verify the cause of eosinophilia..
Allergies, certain drugs, parasitic infections etc. are some possible causes to rule out.
The MCH is just below range and it is likely of limited value.
Can you tell us why he got tested and what are his and your concerns?
Is he on any medications, did he have any diagnoses from before?
Best wishes,
Niko
