I would say that because you've had difficulty with lithium in the past and are on a lot of other meds as well, it could be in your best interest to see a pharmacologist psychiatrist instead of a regular psychiatrist. They have a specific name I can't think of, but they are a psychiatrists who are trained just like pharmacists as well so they really know their meds.
I agree with rmevans that the way to go is to see a pharmacist. They are far more trained in interaction that the doctor, and what they don't know I find they look up. If the prescriptions interact they can phone the doctor and request a change (at least they can in Canada)
I don't know much about your other situations, but make sure you tell your doctor about the Lisonpril. Also ask your pharmacist about the interactions between all your meds. They will know even more than the doc.
You can get some info at https://www.drugs.com/mednotes.html. They have a drug interaction checker. Just list out all the prescription and not prescription meds and supplements and it will give you an idea of the interactions that may cause you problems.
A pharmacist is your best be though.
