Can I get pregnant? Should I be worried? Should I get plan b?

Hi. I took my last birth control active pill last night at about 10 and am supposed to take the sugar pill tonight in a hour. About an hour ago I had sex and he came and the condom broke. Should I be worried? Should I get plan b? What should I do

Sorry my phone autocorrected. I was trying to say Side Effects, not success effects.

Actually many women use just the pill without condoms. In fact that's why the pill was invented in the first place, to have another option besides condoms got birth control. It's still good to use condoms for backup though but not 100% required every time.

You've been taking the pills as directed and missing sugar pills has zero effect on protection. Plan B is only supposed to be used by women who are not on the pill and had a condom break or who didn't use a condom. My gyne always told me to never take plan b while I was on the pill because it causes all sorts of success effects that take a while to clear up.
