So, I have heard that when tubes are severed, that the scar tissue and what not can fuse back together making a 'sort of' tube that can work enough for women to get pregnant. This is what happens when a woman her tubes tied (called tied but they also sever them) as well as when they DO use clips, they can become unclipped. You had your tubes completely removed? Did you have a salpingectomy? That is full removal of tubes.
