please read this...

Hi, my periods are irregular but for february to march it was a 27 day cycle. I had my period march 22 to march 26. I dont know when I ovulate since my cycles are irregular. It is now april 13th and for a few days I been having these pulling sensations on the left side of my stomach like close to the abdomen. It aches when I turn to lay down, laugh or even cough. I looked up on google that it could be a sign of pregnancy and that my uterus is growing to prepare a baby but I dont know if thats true or not. and it wouldn't be my apenditis (sorry if I spelled it wrong) since thats on my right side. But me and my partner has had sex every other day or everyday since I got off my last period. So me and my partner had sex 2 days ago and while i was on top of him i had white runny discharge that came out of me, (a lot of it) but today april 13 i am dry. We are trying for a baby and been actually using this lubricant called "pre seed" too. Has anyone had these symptoms and got a bfp or is all this a sign of my period coming soon? I believe my nipples are sensitive when my period is on the way but right now they feel fine. I think my next period should be coming in a week or 2 though.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A detailed evaluation is necessary for confirming the exact cause of your symptoms. These symptoms experienced by you can be due to either pregnancy or premenstrual syndrome. It may be difficult to determine the exact date of periods in a woman with irregular periods. If you do not get your periods by next week or so take up pregnancy test. Urine pregnancy test is a very sensitive test for diagnosing pregnancy if done correctly. It detects the presence of beta hcg in urine. This test can be taken up 2-3 days after a missed period. This is merely an advice and not a substitute for clinical examination. Consult a doctor for more queries and assistance.
Best luck and take care!
