No babies, no periods

Is there an operation for women to be sterelized and never have their period again? Like to enter the menopause early.

You could get a hysterectomy.  That does the trick. :>) They remove the uterus and ovaries with that.  It does have a few negatives associated with it though.   How old are you?  Do you just not like the inconvenience of the period or are you having some issues with it too?
