Unusual period?

So i never have any cramps on my period or any nausea and it is typically very heavy the first two days then medium to light flow for the next 4-5 days. I stopped taking my bc pills a month ago due to pains it was causing me. This month my period started a little early and it was light the firsts day then spotting for about 5 days now plus im very nauseous and have cramps. I have also been having unprotected sex could i be pregnant or could this simply be an odd side effect from stopping the pill? Really confused and would really like some opinions.

Thank you! And the reason im so confused is that the 8 years i've had my period, its always the same, even when i was on the pill

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A complete evaluation is necessary for determining the correct cause of your symptoms. I can confirm the exact cause only after complete medical history and clinical examination. It is possible that ou could be pregnant and this spotting is early pregnancy bleeding called implantation bleeding. After stopping pills it may take 2-3 months for your periods to regularize. This is merely an advice and not a substitute for clinical examination. Keep me posted with more queries.
Best luck and regards!
