I would recommend that you focus on the pregnancy first and focus on shedding the weight after giving birth. However, if the weight gain can pose a risk to you and your baby, then lose weight with your doctor's guidance.
Hi there I would not recommend it at this point-Please check with your doctor and make sure you follow a safe exercise and diet plan when pregannt-there are studies showing that pregnant women can lose weight while being pregnant but i will not be the one telling you to start doing it-please check with your doctor
