How can I reduce longterm effects of brain concussion?

I fell down and hit back of my head against the wall. I can't see anything for ~5 seconds, and I had a noise with my eyes for 3-4 hours. Two days I felt dizzy.  I made CT-scan test. No any problems in the test. But my cognitive function is very important for me. I don't want lost ever 1-3 points of my IQ. What can I do for my brain?
The family doctor refused my request to write me medical prescription for the Nootropics.
I buy myself (for the Bitcoins) noopept. Also my friend-psychiatrist gave me advice to buy piracetam. Also he said the MRI can't find any problems in my case whithout  Diffusion Tensor Imaging, but it's too expensive.

The family doctor do not want forward me to neoro surgeon because she has bonus from insurance company if she not forward me to another doctor. I can't fully trust her by this reason.
