whats wrong with me?

Well i have a few things im concerned about. I was wondering if anyone could help. I don't want to sound retarded because most likely none of these things have to do with one another but let me try to make sense of this. For the past couple of years I've gotten terrible headaches out usually several times a day, and a little over a year ago i couldnt see out the side of my left eye, had the worst headaches ive ever had, and i threw up. this happened a few times in school. my school nurse said it sounded like a migrane, and thats fine but I'm only 14 so, it's just weird (before i knew it was a migrane i thought i might have a brain tumor xD, the thought still hasn't left my mind). my mom and dad blame the headaches on the fact i really need glasses. which makes complete sense. anyways the thing concerning me now is everytime i stand up from sitting or lying down i get dizzy and sometimes cant see for a second. this is normal i know, but its really EVERYTIME. and itll happen when im just standing up. theres other things im worried about but i wont bore u with all those details. this is probably nothing but if anyone knows anything about this id really appreciate the advice :] i need to know if it's worth going to the doctor over. thank you- bethany

Yes, it is worth seeing a doctor. Migraines are worth seeing a doctor and anything that interferes with the eyes should be checked out. You can also see an eye doctor too as surprise - they can tell often if you have a brain tumor by an eye exam.

I got migraines in my teens too. Eye issues can cause headaches. Getting up and feeling dizzy can be blood pressure issues - not seeing means it is low. You need a decent exam. Get to a doctor.
