Liquid came out of nipple

im turning 17 in december and i noticed that after i had a hot shower and squeezed my left breast that a white-ish discharge came out it not like right out of the nipple but the areola
WHAT IS IT!??! AND WHY IS IT HAPPENING?!?!?!
and after i squeezed it and stuff came out i was really confused and then it became very itchy ... it went away after like 30 mins but if i squeeze it again more white stuff comes out

what is happening??!?!

hii m in big tension few days back i holded penis of my bf nd he too touched in my ***** with his finger, after 3 days i gt my peroids nd on d 4th day whn i squeezed my nipple while checking y it ws paining i found white liquid coming out of it pls let me know whther im pregnant or something like it ...im nt hving any child and even dint had any proper sex

Hi.
The areola contains the sebaceous glands of Montgomery.  The whitish substance that came out in one of the ducts is possibly the secretion of the sebaceous gland.  
You should not manipulate the areola or nipple area too much.  You might introduce bacteria resulting in an infection and abscess.
If there is persistence of symptom, you should consult your doctor.
