Hi I am good, thank you for your reply! I dont have other symptoms i dont think. I got checked by my doctor last thursday. He examined the lumps and stated that because they are not directly on the testicle: it isnt cancer. He said they are more like a lump of fat or cyst. He is referring me on to the hospital but said this is only for my peace of mind.

Should i be worried? he noted that the lumps are away from the testicle connected via a thin string. Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Testicular cancer presents with discomfort or pain in the testicle, or a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum; pain in the back or lower abdomen; enlargement of a testicle or a change in the way it feels; or lump or swelling in either testicle. If the lumps are not directly located in the testicle, this could be due to cysts or skin issues. For proper diagnosis, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and best regards.
