CA 19.9 test

hi,
last year, i had a CA 19.9 test and it showed a CA 19.9 level of 49.2. The doctor asked me to check again, but i was busy with my work, so i couldn't check until now. Two days ago i had the test again and it showed a CA level of 62.1.
I've been having a mild diarrhea about four times a month continuously for 6 months. But no blood appears in my faeces. I also experience upper abdominal pain whenever i am having a diarrhea. However, i am not losing weight.

I have a family history of liver cancer. I am a female, aged 42. I really hope that you can help me and give me advice.

Thank you very much.

I would recommend consulting a GI Specialist ASAP given your family history of Liver CA and this elevated CA19-9 lab.

Secondly, no scans/images done?
