Contaminated after iodine therapy
Hi there,
Following my neck dissection for metastatic thyroid cancer, I had iodine therapy. I tried my best to follow the instructions. However, unfortunately I doubt maybe a small amount of urine fell on the ground after my bath when I was walking in the room naked. I don't allow anyone in the room it's been about one week. This happend in the second day I went home from hospital after having a dose of 150 I131. What should I do? Please guide me. Washing the floor is not possible. I'm so scared.
