Hi. Is that lump on the skin of the scrotum itself or is it located inside the scrotal sac beside the testicle? If the lump is found on the skin of the scrotum, it's most likely some form of skin inflammation or infection. If the lump is inside the scrotal sac, it could be an inflamed epididymis. The epididymis is a convoluted tube beside the testicle where the sperm temporarily reside to mature before they get ejaculated. This organ could get infected, swollen and appear as a lump beside the testicle. Another possibility is a varicocoele, which is a clump of dilated blood vessels beside the testicle. My advice is for you to have that lump checked by a doctor just to make sure that it's not anything serious.
Thanks for your advice fernando.
The lump is located outside of the scrotal sack on the skin, I will see about getting it checkedo ut, thanks again for your advice
