Please can some one read and respond to me im scared sbout these bumps all over my neck groin and armpits

Hello I am a 26yr old female who has a lot of swollen lymph nodes all over my neck arm pits and groin and in other places i think along with this i seem to always be tired and cold and have unexplained stomic pains on my right side of my abdominal which i have been to the er a few time but they never seem to find out what it is  and my vision has gotton worse and i have a bump on the back of my neck wer my spin and head cvonnects and it has a sharp pain just on my right side all the way down to my foot i have had swoolen lymp node for a bout a year but it seems like i m finding more and more as time goes on

What you need is to be evaluated by a physician and, have diagnostic tests done. Swollen lymph glands, especially ones that have been actively swollen for a year, would indicate that your immune system is fighting off or reacting to something. But, without a comprehensive gamut of tests... you won't know what's going on. Other than in the ER, have you been seen by a private doctor? Because that's what you'll need to do.
