Im 55 had a partial hysterectomy 25 yrs ago . went to dr. for check up internal ultra sound show both ovaries inlarged with a mass on both. My CA125 test came back 179 CANCER?
Paraovarian cysts arise from the tissues of the broad ligament, predominantly from mesothelium covering the peritoneum but also from paramesonephric and rarely mesonephric remnants (mesonephric cyst or Wolffian cyst).
