Red itchy raised ulcer under penis , is it a cancer ?
i hv been suffering from epidermal
nevus since childhood , now i m 17.
it itches a lot , oozes too ...
during last few years an ugly looking
ulcer hv developed over scrotum just
below penis corner...!!
its red , itchy , doesnt pain n oozes
especially during hot conditions..
it has 2 small raised structure.....n
white acne like thing too.....
wats that !!??
is it a melanoma.....??? or sumthing
else...

As mentioned from the other post, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor directly to rule out infection as well as epidermal nevus syndrome, which consists of extensive epidermal nevi with abnormalities of the CNS, skeleton, skin, cardiovascular system, genitourinary system, and eyes.
