i have a pea sized ball in my scrotum
Basically having a general fondle today as a bloke does sitting down watching the TV and i felt this pea sized lump in my scrotum, it doesn't hurt at all, they aren't tender and my balls themselves don't feel swollen they feel normal. i then got onto google and tried to find stuff to help be kind of diagnose it. So i thought id ask myself to see whats happening or what it could possible be. I think its most likely a cyst but I'm not sure and well i don't go to the Dr often as i hardly ever need to, but i don't know weather i should of not. anyone help at all... cheers

you definitely need to get it checked out. 25 years ago I had the same symptoms and it was testicular cancer. See a doctor ASAP.
