oral cancer?

hi guys. i had a risk 3 months ago. condom ripped while having vaginal sex, i got so stressed. i developed white tongue in 2 weeks, lymph nodes behind ear , neck and groin. had muscle ached and weird skin pimples. anyway, this is where it bagan, but now 3 months later, all symptoms still there, the right side of my tongue, at the back is the only spot not covered in a white coating, but the papillae are enlarged, it kinda feels sore. and the inside of my cheeks is turning black and so is the roof of my mouth. i have a cancer sore on the opposite side of the mouth *inner cheek* for about a week, but it is dissapearing now. a black spot once appeared about a month ago but id dissapeared in 2 days. one incizor tooth has a cavity and i once developed a canker sore on my gum but went away in a week... guys is this cancer? i have been stressed for 3 months from my exposure and now this.

Hello and welcome to the Cancer forum.  Your issues appear to be anxiety related and we do hope you speak to your doctor about this.  They can alleviate any fears you have regarding cancer.
