Hello:

First of all calm down and don't get ideas into your head, listen to what I will tell you. Your odds for a cancer issue are usually greater when there is family history, never the less that is not always as simple. My two large families have never had a cancer issue, not one of them ever passed or was sick with cancer. But....here I go, I got cancer regardless of no family cancer history. I have been a vegetarian all my life, have taken care of my health always, exercised a lot always, never had alcohol or others that can lead the doctors to say "that is it". Try and do your utmost to live a natural life and eat natural. But I got cancer all the same.

I have my own opinions about this but I can not post them here or they will delete my answer I will send you an excellent article on the possible reasons to get what is today called "cancer", a scary and awful word and when it becomes a reality it is painful and debilitating we never get rid of it no matter what ever anyone says.

What you need to do, is to bypass as much as possible your family history with cancer. I do not agree with traditional medicine but all the same I am not silly as to disregard the actual medicine. Have a check up once a year and make sure the doctor does the correct testing. Don't let them scare you, if they say you have some issue get a second, third or fourth opinion but don't just sit by waiting for it to happen.

Once you have read the article I will send you, think it over and make up your mind but no matter what please have your yearly check ups and don't miss them. Your life is in your hands, eat well and healthy, no alcohol, no hot food and exercise is the bliss to avoid cancer.

Take care and please read well what I have said and the article I am sending you.

God bless you.

They are showing genetics plays a part in some cancers but it does not mean you will get it.  Live a healthy life and your odds get better.  I, too, come from a family that has cancer.  Mine is also on both sides.  All you can do is live your life and don't worry about it until you are faced with it.  Take care and God Bless you.
