treatment for Oesophageal cancer

My name is Sunny Khanna from Ludhiana.

I need your help, my GRAND FATHER who is 73 Yr old has been suffered with CANCER in a 'THROAT' as well as in 'LUNGS' also with a size between 143 mm.[(Oesophageal cancer) OR Ca oesophagus ]

My parents have consulted with Surgeons and all of them advised for the surgical removal of CANCER, but i am not in favour of 'RADIOGRAPHY' & 'KEMOTHERAPHY', due to less financial position of our family.

PLEASE HELP AND SAFE MY GRANDFATHER WITH YOUR HELPFUL SUGGESTION.
