That is so funny! That's what Akira does alright. I think the comic strip was missing one thing: Kitty fantasizing about obliterating the computer.
Heh. I didn't have to go to URL to get a giggle from what I suspect was kitty's keyboard antics.
Loved description of Jade's behavior ......have been thru' all of it..especially with Shadow.
Back to computer: I swear every kit I've befriended do the keyboard walk..plop plop plop, or simply lay down on computer. What a hoot. I imagine they may have a cat community and need to post a comment right away! Or perhaps email a buddy in the U.K.
Don't think dogs have this affinity for computers. Oh well, we know it isn't all about the computer...our kits do same tricks with books. Start with scritching ..finish up with a full stretch out! Haven't you all tried to read around your kit's head or paw?...lil patoots!!!

Opus, this was Jade today too. It's raining and she's been in the house all day wanting my chair, staring at me, jumping on the arm and looking longingly down as the tiny piece of space between me and the edge of the arm, then finally settling for the arm of the recliner since I would Not give it up. Darting to the kitchen as soon as I move, throwing her mousie in the air, then Leaping and twisting and bunny kicking her rug - it's so funny. I played as much as I could. Finally, she scares me later by jumping up on the desk here and walking on the keyboard which she's done exactly twice before so she REALLY wants my attention. I now hear the bell of her collar in back of me, but I am all played out for the day. Just heard dh let her out on the porch where she'll watch the rain and night go by.
