Happy 17 1/2th Birthday Miss Teia

Our sweetie has made it another half a year anniversary of her birth, under our care.

From what we know of her early years, my estimate is that she was a Winter Solstice kitten.

I bought her Fancy Feast as a treat today and she ate almost 2 full cans between 4:30 and 8:30.  She is now laying in her sneaker bunker napping. (Will post picture to the thread and in the album.)

She is definitely getting very slender for her frame, but still has good energy when awake (makes it up to the bedroom level and down again a few times a day just fine).  Her appetite is still good, likes her water and eliminates okay.

We know she's slowing and will one day stop.

We are proud to have given her at least seven good years, and hope she will make it 3 more so we have given her 10 good years to balance the 10 years of benign neglect her previous people gave her.  I will, however, laud them for saving her from that nasty kid that hurt her.

While I was typing, Teia woke up and is now grooming.

Oh, Pip I don't know how I missed this post.  My eyesight problem has returned is my guess.

Miss Teia has been nurtured since yous got her so don't you  fret none.about her.  She loves yous with all her heart and soul.

  Miss Teia lovely one another half year!  You are blessed and a blessing.  Winter Solstice is a special time, the longest night.  Beautiful!
