I am very sorry for your loss. It is a member of your family and of course you feel the void. It takes time and you need to grieve for your loss. I hope that pretty soon the happy memories will replace your pain...i know how hard it is.
Im so very very sorry!!! I used to work at a Vet Clinic and we put pets to sleep every day. I had to quit working there because it was so damn depressing.
Keep your head up, i know its hard but you kitty loved you and knows you aren't mad at her. It will be okay *HUGS HUGS HUGS HUGS****
I hope I die before my daughtercat....I cant stand the thought of burying or putting down my daughter :"(
Im so sorry for your loss. I can just imagine how painful & hard it is :( Sometimes I play with my daughtercat and I think of horrible things that could happen to her...and then I cry. My boyfriend tells me Im emo, but Im only emo with things close to my heart. I love my cat more than anything. *She is sitting on my arms as Im typing this*
You should post some pics of your kittie. I'd love to see what your kittie looks like. I bet she 'is' beautiful. Even if she's gone from this earth, she is still beautiful you know. Not was, the past or before. She still exists in your heart. It is there, she lives on :)
Thank you :*( and i'm sorry about your kitty's
Yes they are watching us and I would love to see them one day...I just miss her so much...I hope they are all happy and playing together
I an so sorry for your loss..cry all you need to. All tears are not for hurting.Don't worry about the cremation. You dont get one of those certificates unless it comes ftom the place that does the cremation. In the states here I was given the paper and a warm plastic bag of sand-like material. I keep him in a vase in the sun with whiskers I cut off before I took him in. It comforts me. I now have 3 vases of 3 cats - we move so much I won't bury them.
Kitty is in heaven with my elektron who passed last year and all the kitties waiting for us-they are watching over us all the time.
Wear this hug all day, dear

Thanks so much for the boost of confidence...made me feel better a little
I can't imagine a licensed vet giving a pet the shot and not making sure their heart has come to rest in a reasonable amount of time.
At such a sad time our emotions can make us think some things that aren't very rational.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your kitty. Cry as much as you want. It hurts! I too have lost a few pets over the years, and still miss every one of them from time to time.
19 years is alot of memories. You will never forget her. Margo
Thanks so much guys for the support. I have a silly question I know we watched her get put to sleep...well I had to walk out my mom watched her, but they gave us the option of taking her to bury her or cremating her. We wanted tot ake her and bury her but we had nowhere to do it at the moment. So we decided to do a cremation and just get a certificate which we are regreting doing now. My mom just has a worry that she wants to make sure she is really dead. They assuresd her she is I mean it is a legit vetinarian.
I am so sorry about your loss. Your kitty was lucky to have you as her owner. Maybe when the pain goes away you will find your way back to having another pet. You obviously know how to care for them. 19 yrs is great. Again i am sorry for your loss. sara
Unfortunately, we will lose as many animals as we adopt. It's just life. You get 2 pets, 2 pets you will lose. It's sad, but real. She is in a good place right now. I know how you feel. Those little things fill our lives with joy and comfort. Take care, and hopefully, your heart will want to let another kitty in eventually. There are so many out there longing to be loved and give love back it's just heartbreaking.
Be well hun, and good job on making that kitty live for so long. It says a lot about you as a pet owner.
Thank you! I am letting out my cry's everywhere it really does hurt my heart. She did have a great life and was a great cat. I don't want anymore animals as much as I love them I can't go through this. A part of me was taken...She is prob. very happy right now i'm sure in animal heaven :)
I am very, very sorry for your loss. Your kitty lived a long time, and I bet she had a wonderful life in your care. I hope you feel better. For what is worth, I have lost an incredible amount of pets, and I know how it feels. We all do, so vent all you need, and crying isn't bad. I'm sure your kitty is in a great place now. You have our support here. :)
