6 weeks is still a little young for kittens to be away from mom in my experience.
However, as was written, they do develop at different rates, such was the case with the two my wife and I adopted in Feb, 1983. Cammie was always a little clumsier than her sister Victoria.
We found that engaging Cammie with play and gentle brushing helped.

It's a very cute picture. :)
But I couldn't say for sure from just a picture. there are a number of reasons your kitten could be acting that way. I'd say wait for the vet to give you a better evaluation.
Sorry, not very helpful, but kittens develop at differing speeds, some gaining motor control skills and sight aquisition abilty more quickly than others.
Oh, and it's a VERY cute picture (needed saying twice!)
hi .. i have no veterinarian experience but ur pic struck me
he looks like a russian blue i used to have that got stolen (her name is ashe)
she was blind ... but very highly functional .. she could hunt mice even ... we lived
on a farm and the only problem she had were a few agressive birds swooping down and pecking her (she couldnt compensate for the birds with her other senses but she sure knew how to find the cat food and litterbox ... she played with all the cat toys ... she just couldnt see) and at times it made her seem slow ... but when she started hunting i knew it waws confined to her eyes ... she did see a vet and he never expressed any concern
best of luck
love
