Little Cousin Hit Cat

My little cousin hit my 3 year old cat on the back of the head and now my cat keeps going to the bathroom on herself. Do I need to bring my cat to the vet so they can make sure she didnt get any brain damage or did my little cousin just traumatize my cat, I need to know if this will pass.

I agree with the above. The cat must be taken to the vet ASAP.

Please do not delay. We'll keep our fingers crossed here.

Yes, your cat needs to see a doctor ASAP!  Your cat going to the bathroom on herself, could be a sign of brain injury.  Also look for uneven pupils, unsteady gait (walking like a drunk), personality changes, etc.  These are signs of brain injury.  If you get your cat to the vet quickly enough, they can prescribe prednisone-a steroid that can cut down the swelling that occurs in the brain.

Please, take the cat to the vet.

Good luck!
