Teia's new snack bar

Miss Teia has started to nosh at the "snack bar" in the master bedroom as her range has solidified between her room and the walk in closet.

I pleased with this, as kitties could possibly approach her from 2 sides, instead of one, like her usual eating spot.

In the background is the Water Bowl, that figures in our morning ritual after I take my shower. =)

Look at her go!! coincidentally, what started as a temp "snack bar" turned into a permanent one in my bedroom. We had some carpentry work being done on the 1st floor which was not popular w/our cats, of course. Now, Butters has always had his own water bowl on the nightstand next to my bed for reasons long forgotten-the other 2 know it's there but "their" water supply is their special Coke glass on the coffee table. (never once knocked over). Anyway, the carpentry caused everyone to come stay upstairs in the bedroom which is on the 3rd floor so I brought up a pan and put a bowl of food next to the water bowl, and the food bowl's been there ever since. Butters will wake up out of a sound sleep and go straight to "his" snack dish for a few nibbles, have a few sips of water and go straight back to sleep! It makes him happy so I don't have the heart to remove it.
