my cat 5years has stopped eating & drinking

stopped eating 5 or 6 days ago. blood tests ok.has had all his inocculationsat a loss to know where to go from here still has energy&seems happy enough but has lost weight

Hello...you must get your kitty back to the vet ASAP.  Cats cannot go for days w/o eating.  They become subject to Hepatic Lipidosis (Fatty Liver Disease).  If you can't get to the vet, you need to begin assisted feeding right away!
