That is so great, and what beauties. I love all the cats I've ever had, but often the most adorable have been males. Fun, funny personalities. Wish I could come to the Red Robin on the 19th. What fun that would be. Congrats on becoming parents again.
On Sunday 19 October, Anita and I will drive to the Red Robin hamburger joint at the north side of the Francis Scott Key mall in Frederick, MD to meet Loretta the wonderful woman who has been working so hard to liberate and heal the kitties affected by the Manada Strret hoarding situation alongside a small band of friends.
Buff and Cooper will definitely remain their calling names. However, being fond of excess in the registered names for our kitties, the wheels are churning...
Great news...when's the big day???
Are you going to keep the names Buff and Cooper? Before Sami came to live with me he was named Cooper, I never thought it suited him..
Have made arrangements for the pick up of Buff and Cooper.
Looks like, if you are on FB, do a search for Miss Teia, seems like MH bleeped out the fb ******* portion of the address.
Have started a vanity page at Facebook to showcase stories of our cats past, present and future, will also showcase rescues and shelters I think worth supporting, like the following project.

Also in the conversation, it came to the fore that Loretta's husband is a vet. They are working with PAWS, which group is their pipeline to get kittens placed in Petsmarts and other adoption zones.
Someone else had wanted Cooper, but I got first dibs.
I help our local feral rescue with donations and they have some very beautiful looking kittens for adoption, but these two just grabbed ahold.
Oh How I envy you!!!!
Buff and Cooper are absolutely gorgeous. They are a Ying and Yang of coloring. They both look like they have some pure bred in them. You do not usually see those solid colors in DSH.
They are just precious and I wish you tons of fun raising them. .......and I will say a little prayer for you, Anita, and Miss Teia---for patience, LOL!
Lorette has confirmed that both Buff and Cooper are "was boys."
Yeah we're going to be grandparents......:)))
Just got off the phone with Loretta from the Manada Street rescuers.
Miss Teia Honey is going to have 2 little brothers.
I think that Teia taking over Hildie's towel and finding Chessie's Hedgehog...maybe she does like at least some kitty company.
Teia will definitely be the only one to get Outside time for awhile.
I am so very glad that Anita told me about her and that we took her into our hearts.
Those are some cute kittens. They will be happy in your home, which will obviously always be a home to cats. As long as Miss Teia knows she is the queen, she will likely accept the two youngsters. She has already proven that she can get along with other cats in her territory.
They are lovely,Pip!!! In fact all kittens and cats are, but everybody here knows I have a soft spot for black ones :-)
Is glad to know they can win " Pip's lottery"
Somehow I just knew you'd have all the bases covered and under control....sounds like it's a done deal than right?
Part of the rescue effort has been to have them thoroughly vetted (I've donated a good sum on their behalf) to get them healthy. I will definitely get them a well-baby check before they are introduced. Part of the process is the rescue calling our vet to check and make sure we are responsible in getting our kitties seen.
I will definitely go slow with introductions. Buff and Cooper will have Chesapeake's room for the first little while. Teia will definitely get more loving so she knows that she is still Queen o' the House.
Oh how very kind and generous of you to be helping them out and also a possible adoption or two....that's awesome Pip, really active young ones will take some getting used to for a reclusive Teia....but I'm sure your patient slow intro would eventually work.
Just as a caution, do get them health checked and perhaps dewormed prior to intro
They are both just so dang cute.....keep us posted:)
