I agree with ZQ. You need to provide more info. In any case, your cat should be seen by a vet. Blood in the stool is never a good sign.
Can you please give some more details. How long has this been going on? Other symptoms? Diarrhea, constipation? Dilated, constricted pupils? Vomiting? Outdoor, Indoor kitty? Cat's age?
