Hi....I am stunned by the verbiage too as it is not a typical CINE report....it does not indicate if there is a lack of flow, or an obstruction, it also does not mention if the CSF that is visible pulsates...
I am not sure if this is bcuz the radiologist is not use to doing this type of MRI or if they just did not know at all how to say what they did see, as to me it can be confusing....
Many NS's do not go by these reports and view the MRI and make their own determination as to what is going on, so many times the report is just fluff that no one but us patients take the time to read....
I would wait and see what ur NS has to say.
they make it so complicated sometimes to read these, but what I get out of it is that you do have a slight blockage. I'm not a Dr. so I don't know, but when they say it does appear to be slight csf flow it seems to me you have it to by your skull also. I would ask your NS to go over this with you. When do you see him again?
