Bony-like bumps above incision

I have an appointment with my NS Tuesday, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced bony-like bumps above, but in-line with their incision?  I have discovered two, each raised about half a centimeter, maybe 2 centimeters apart above my incision.  They're really hard and not mobile.  I had my own tissue harvested for my duraplasty, and I know it came from that area, so I wonder if it's part of the natural healing process?  I'm a month and 9 days out of surgery ....

How was it going into surgery? Was it scary? How was it the day after surgery?

I did have some small bumps similar to what you described that were VERY painful to touch. Ended up to be lymph nodes that were swollen. As the healing progressed they went away.

Hi I also had my own tissue harvested from my scalp, but I did not have those bumps....

It may be just a fold of skin underneath and it may take time for it to heal and blend in....

Ask ur NS what it might be and do let us know what u find out.
