As Billy posted u will want to get a chiari specialist...and more testing to rule out related conditions.....

If you have those pains and a MRI of your cerebellar tonsils extending through you foramen magnum, then your next step is to see a Neurologist or Neurosurgeon who specializes in Chiari Malformation. This is only because I'm assuming you're reading that from a radiologist report and radiologists don't really understand what to look for when it comes to things like CM... other than the obvious herniation. The fact that the herniation was identified is great because at least now you have a verified piece of evidence that there is something wrong and you can now start looking for answers for you pain.
