Chiari Symptoms Question

HI, does anyone get chiari malformation symptoms that last for a few months (or longer), then seem to go into remission for months (or longer)? Then return again?

Hi ...as the above posted mentioned symptoms do cycle and the time they are with us or leave varied from person to person and some symptoms may not come back, but something different and new may.....so it can be ever changing and we may not connect it to one condition which is why getting a DX with all the symptoms we have can be difficult.

It is easier to continue with all your questions in one thread so, we can re read what else has been said....we can get easily confused thanks to Chiari so keeping all your info in one thread may help you as well to have to look only to one thread....just a suggestion

Chiari symptoms do come in cycles & certain activities can trigger them to return.  You should pay attention to your activity just before your symptoms begin so that you can figure out what your triggers are.  Sometimes little life adjustments go a long way with Chiari, however it may not STOP all of the symptoms but may help to reduce the severity.  Wishing you the best!! :-)
