Yeah another update on Selma, She is better

Here is one last update on Selma from her daughter... I was a bit worried about her until I saw shanes post about down time. (thanks Shane)...Hopefully we will hear from her soon...

Dawn

Hello all,

This may be my last update as my mom has said she will most likely be returning to her post at the laptop sometime this weekend.  She has been hanging out on our living room recliner and doing very well.  She has described the feeling in her head to now be "clear" as if someone peeled the lint off of the dryer screen.  Although the incision is still somewhat swollen and sore, that is her only real headache to speak of.  She got a rogue stitch taken out today at the dr. and had some much appreciated time out in the world.  Word on the street is that her scar is extremely straight and beautifully done :) Other than being extremely bored, she seems to be doing great!

We couldn't really ask for much more.

Thank you so much once again for being such wonderful friends and supports. We couldn't do it without you.

~Angie

Great news!

Yeah, the first few days at home, she'll want to relax, sleep, sit on the sofa, recliner etc. But she'll start popping in more and more in the next few days I'm sure.

Thanks Angie for keeping us in the loop.
