Headache Reliever™

I got this add on my sidebar. I wonder if it would realy work for us. I'm ready to try many things to help these HA!

I got up this morning with a HA and nothing seems to get rid of it!

I tried my mum ice gel pack tonight but my head still fill like its going to split open. It hurt so much that I was crying!

The hospital placed the ice pack on my incision...I would never have thought of it because I so prefer heat.

I completely agree about the gel packs. I dont know how they work for incisions. I lived by those gel packs, until one busted in my hair..lol..i guess it was time to replace it, it took me a week to get the goo out of my hair...lol

I love my gel packs from the drug store because they don't freeze hard and there are no lumps...I can lay my incision on it and it does not hurt.

A good ice pack for any part of the body, I have found is if you take rice and fill a ziploc baggie, not full, leave enough room to mold and shift hte rice, and then put it in the frezer. It seems like the rice tends to hold the cold in for longer! Just a thought.

Good plan! Thanks. I guess I need to go shop for a gel pack. I keep my magic bags for the microwave :)

  Not sure, but u ca try this with a gel pack and an ace bandage to see if this would be something that is helpful to u....holding the warmth or cold to that area of ur head....
