Not a question but follow up

Hello everyone! So, I got my cortisone shots on wednesday. Not as painful as I thought it would be. But very sore at the injection spots for the rest of the day. I do feel a bit better, not sure if its the shots or if i am just having good days. But I pray that they will help. Just checking in, Hope everyone is hangin in there and doing great!

Hi
FYI,  using ice gel pack a few times a day will help injection work better and longer. Try wrapping in pillow case so not too chilly
