Hi All...Molly is expected to go home today....

  I was able to visit with Molly over the weekend and she was in terrible pain.

Please keep Molly in ur prayers as she continues on her recovery journey.

thank u guys so much. things have deff been a struggle. im 18 and yes have been through 8 surgeries my first in aug 2009 like selma said they think the seizures were caused by some meds i was on bbut after the 48hour eeg we will no more. i think through everything i have been through the seizures r the most scariest! i hope its something that im done dealing with and that u all never have to experience them.

I am praying for molly to feel well soon. Wishing her a good recovery. Shes been thru enough. She is very brave. Ummm, how old is molly, thats alot of surgeries. U r in my thougts.

I am with everyone here in wishing Molly a full recovery, I pray that this was her last surgery and that she can get back to some kind of normal life.

Praying for Molly!! She's such a sweet and strong young lady!! I can't imagine having 8 surgeries (7 brain, 1 tethered chord) in 3 years. She continues to inspire me!!

  I am not sure, but she had 8 surgeries in a short time frame, and it could be just her body adjusting .....

There have been some members that have developed a seizure disorder post op....others have developed epilepsy....no one really knows why these events happen...hopefully this will not be a recurrent problem for Molly.

My thoughts and prayers are with yous. Can I ask what the seizures are from? I dont know the whole problems. I hope and pray things go well from here. Sending lots of love and praying for a recovery!

Molly - went to the er by ambulance yesterday after having a seizure in bed i had another one at the hospital but they let me go today.

I don't know you sisuation or how old you are, but just wanted to tell you that I am glad that your home.  It's the best place to heal.  Your in my prayer's.  Get a lot of rest.

I am sending Molly massive hugs and will be thinking of her constantly! Hoping this surgery has hopefully sorted the issues they went in for and the pain ceases as soon as possible.
I cannot even imagine having gone through this many surgery's, especially at this age. You are so strong even if it has been forced upon you :( but just think when this is all over... Then college, career, the world aint going to know what's hit it when your ready to take it on :)

   I forgot to mention, Molly's mom told me that part of her fusion did take...b4 this last surgery they thought the fusion did not take at all...but they found that part of it did...the NS changed out the hardware for smaller thinner hardware to make this easier on Molly.

I know there was more...lol...will add as I remember.
