Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
I know it seems so overwhleming to have so many diff conditions, but it is good to know ALL that is going on b4 u consider surgery.
Since ur head feels so heavy, may I ask do u feel like a bobble head, difficult to ride in a car and go over bumps, makes u nauseous?
Make sure they rule out ehlers-danlos and cerviocranial instability ...for the instability u will need flexion and extension x-rays...and a Beighton Score to see if u may have the EDS....as it can affect how u feel and heal post op should u go forward with surgery.
Have u tried a collar to help stabilize ur neck?
What issues do u have that u attribute to the syrinx and TCS?
Not having surgery yet. Will probably see the NS after the cine mri. And yes, many times it seems the tethered cord and syrinx give me more problems than the chiari. Just wish this could all go away.
Awe! SM *****! It causes more pain for me then CM! Teather cord is awful! Are they doing surgery for yours?
