Chiari and tumor

Hello! Here are my symptoms.. . . First of all I was dx with Chiari Malformation several years ago. My symptoms are hit in the back of the head feeling, excruciating pain BEHIND the right ear with jaw/facial pain and eye pain. . all right side of head. Some 15 years ago I had a benign tumor on the skull removed, had severe migraines, unable to move from bed for months. . . . Now, it seems like I get these episodes of pain as above described weekly, and they are constant and last 2-4 days. . . . Do you think there is any correlation to the Chiari and/or tumor??? Thank you

These are the  symptoms that I had when I had Chairi surgery.  It was due to how sereve the pain got.  I would suggest a Mri since you have had a tumor also.  Know we are here for you and understand the pain you are in.  Your in heart of prayers for some relief.

Hi...sorry, I am confused, did u have Chiari surgery? or just the removal of the tumor?

The symptoms can be similar and if u were dx'd a few yrs ago for chiari when was ur last MRI...have u had it monitored?

It is hard to say unless u had a recent MRI ....
