Oh he sounds wonderful....I had a bad experience a long time ago, not the horse's fault but the people that put all of us on them....they were retired race horses, and we were told this after our ride and they were told it was our first time on a horse...we thought we were going to get instruction and be in a fenced area....no so...and I am sure u can guess what happened....

But I was lucky to have a nicer experience in Guatemala in a coffee plantation....I feel that one also knew and was very kind to me....my DD went trotting off and had a sore bum, I on the other hand had no ill effects from my kind ride : )

Hi Selma...
I hope I'm posting in the right place for this....

One of my treasures is my horse. His name is Negro. He's a gorgeous 12 year old Stallion. He's solid black, built like a tank. He has a nice flowing black mane and tail.... He's a kind and gentle horse, very well trained and light to the touch. (unless there is a mare in heat, and he is without saddle) We have had many nice rides exploring the beautiful desert. He seems to know if I don't feel well, and he lopes so gently with me it's amazing. He is also trained to lay down, sit and dance to Mariachi, which he does beautifully. Every day I look forward to going out to the barn even if its just to brush him, or give him fresh water and hay.... He definitely puts a sparkle in my eye :-) Lisa

I have only been in the water 3 times this season  and wish I could get in more...as I know the benefits are great....

I can not swim per se.....but just walking in the water is good for us....I tend to  "swim" on my back more as u do not have to hold ur head up out of the water....easier on the neck.( for those recently decompressed)

Glad u found a way to get exercise and decompress : )

I've been swimming as exercise and a way to decompress in the water! I'm not that great, but it is relaxing! And my DH is a great cheerleader! HAHAHA
