possible syrinx or tethered cord?

I now have mri images on my post. Looking to see if  it looks like a syrinx or possibly tethered cord. Some of the images are duplicated. Would appreciate input on this.

Tethered cord does not always show on a MRI so there are other ways to indicate a possibility....

Chiari can cause upper body weakness so hands and arms can be affected like that.

With TC, it is more lower back, legs, bowel and bladder issues......

The reports that went with that MRI made no comment about the possibility of a thethered cord. In fact they were looking for something else that's why I thought maybe this was overlooked the weakness in my hands both of my hands is the issue that has led me to think maybe something was missed on the mri. This mri is a few years old . I went looking at these old mris when my hands started getting weak last year thinking maybe this was chiari  and something might show on the old mri
