No worries, my NL told me to check it out to help with posture, but the closest person to me that offers it is more than an hour away and with no driving, that is hard to do.....

anything to help my fellow chiarians!
yeah, i used to be able to go to regular pilates sessions but i just can't do it now without the dizziness and headaches.
help with my posture has saved me from a lot of ongoing pain.
i haven't been able to see her lately since i've moved off to college, but i will definitely look it up, thanks!
Wonderful...I tried pilates and tore a cyst in my lumbar spine....ugh....
I also have tethered cord so it was not a good thing for me to try at the time.
But I am glad that it works for u, and posture is very important for those of us with balance issues and pain.
Ask ur instructor if they are familiar with Feldenkrais....it is supposed to help with posture as well.
Thanks again for sharing : )

i go to private pilates sessions with a wonderful trainer that basically helps me find ways to stretch and do exercises that will help my posture. She introduced me to this in one of the sessions and right when i put it under my head i almost fell asleep i was so relaxed.
it can also be used under your back when laying down for back pain relief.
Thanks for sharing this idea!! Sounds like a novel way to help our achy head and necks.
May I ask how u came upon this?.....love the idea <3
